For my loation scouting i found a shed that i believed to be suitable for our theme and our storyline. The concept of a killer close by (in the victims back garden).

Overall it would be a suitable area, and we would be able to paint, cover the walls in fake blood, make it seem dirtier/darker and add mise en scene to give it the feel of a creepy killers lare.

The only fall back is that it is further away then other possible locations (20 minute drive).

 The shed is isolated at the bottom of the garden, making it suitable for the common convention or killers lares within horrors that they are in a fairly isolated area.
